Our motto is “Security and comfort at your service.”    With Free Time you can relax because we will take care of your personal safety.  We offer 24 hours Custodial Service and alarm protection, digital access to every apartment with security cameras connected to Internet.  This way you can check on your apartment from any location with Internet access.   We include limited Insurance on your belongings and every apartment also has a safety box.

Our apartments are strategically located in the central and more exclusive area of Quito, close to everything: shopping centers, restaurants, cultural area, nightlife, etc.  They include comfortable and easily accessible parking lots with direct access to each apartment.
